Review of ASUS Zenfone Go

ZenFone Go is a 4.5-inch touchscreen Mobile phone from ASUS, a Taiwanese multinational Electronics Company founded in 1989.
Powered by 1.19GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor. The Asus ZenFone Go runs on Android 5.1.1 by a 2070 mAh removable Li-ion battery and weigh 125 gram. It comes with 1GB RAM with inbuilt memory of 8GB but can be expanded up to 64GB with microSD card. A 5-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 0.3-megapixel selfie shooter with a resolution of 854x480 pixels. A dual micro SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone.

Key Features 

Design: Ergonomic Arc Design thinnest at the edge with the volume control at the rear. Available in six colors Glamour Red, Ceramic White, Yellow, Silver Blue, Gold, Silver.

Camera: With its PixelMaster, it performs well in low light, HDR and a Beatification mode as they call it.

Performance: Qualcomm Quad-core processor with 1 GB RAM delivers multi-tasking with lag-free performance while playing a resource intensive game like Subway Surf. It shows a good Wi-Fi connectivity, GPS, Bluetooth etc. Screenshot is easy with pressing the right home key. All the running apps are stacked together and can be killed one after another.

Enhanced User Interface: The inbuilt ASUS ZenUI comes with options for personalization and privacy but these already occupies half of the inbuilt 8 GB memory. It was confirm by the company that these loads of inbuilt app must not be removed. ZenFone Go comes with 100 GB of Google Drive storage, free for 2 years as reported by them.
No root Access. 
The particular model test review is ZC452KG. Even though launched by the company as reported by them we did not find it in any online market. Not even from their website https://www.asus.com/in/Phone/ZenFone-Go-Products/

Remark: The 4.5 inch screen phone with a volume button at the back is found to be quite user friendly and performs well while using our EShakti app which was developed for accounting of SHGs. Checked with resource intensive app like Temple Run 2 and Subway Surf and it was found to perform well.
Signal reception is good. Battery runs for one full day. Full charging takes about 2hours.
Price: Reasonable at around Rs.5,300/-.
